  1. If you are talking about establishing your own web site, then yes you can pay with a credit card, in fact it is required.

    First you have to pay to register the domain name, then you have to pay monthly fees for someone to "host" your web site (this means to put your site on their server).

    Many of those el-cheapo deals (web sites for under $9.99 a month) are cute, but you will be lost in the internet and never show up on the search engines.

    Also if you do not know how to write html, then I would advise you pay for a good software program to design your site.

  2. you can but I have a suggestion.

    If you made a website, you can allow ads to be put on the side of it. They pay you to do that and you can use their money to pay off your website.

    But if your only talking about buying from another website, then it should say what you can pay with when you press pay
