May i please have some help with my camcorder :) ( I NEED URGENT HELP)?

Question

I made a awesome video

but when i connect my camcorder to my computer (vista) with the ubs data cable

it wont transfer the video to the computer

nothing even pops up

PLEASE HELP

You need to update drivers for your camera. old drivers not work with vista. Thank you

You need to install the USB driver just like it says how to do so in the manual that came with the camcorder.  Should the instructions not make sense to you find someone who understands computers and USB drivers to help you.

What model camera is this? (model number)

If it is a MiniDV camcorder, you need to connect via firewire, not USB, to transfer video from tape to the computer.
