May we use a carnet of 10 metro tickets valid in Paris only that cost 11.10€ for 3 persons?

We are all 3 ppl travelling together. If we buy a carnet of 10 metro tickets, may we use it together i mean for 3 ppl then we click it 3 times for everyone. Or we must each have a carnet of 10 tickets? Coz i've been calculating that looks like we do not need each a carnet of 10 tickets (that will be in total 30 tickets) but maybe only around 20 tickets or so. Maybe we can save it and not buy all 3 carnet of 10 tickets and instead only 2 carnet.

no you need a ticket each ie you can't punch it more than once. If you're there for a week, from a monday, you may buy the Carte Orange worth €19 or so.

When you buy carnet you simply recieve 10 tickets (i mean 10 pieces of paper). So anyone can use it.

One ticket for each person - and one carnet is 10 tickets

So you can share a carnet between the 3 without any problems...

But how long are you staying in Paris?

If you plan to visit the whole city I recommend you to buy a day ticket o a week ticket... you can save money and travel more in our wonderful capital city!
