Maybe TMI, but this morning when i went pee, it kind of smelled like dried blood.?

I don't have any wierd symptoms, I feel fine and my baby is kicking. he MA at my obgyn is not answering. Has anyone else had this? What would it be?

One of the first pregnancy symptoms I got was odd smelling urine. I can't say blood is what mine smells like, but it's different. Hopefully your doctor will run a urinalysis, but if it doesn't burn or sting, I wouldn't worry too much.

Not sure...But sometimes when a woman is pregnant our hormones cause extra discharge which in turn causes an extra 'smell" down there...Wash yourself with soap containing no perfume, no sprays, no douche and it should clear up...
