I need help any advice?

I tried out for this dance group but didn't make it .. This summer I need to practice on flexbililty? I dont know I need to improve!

  2. when are tryouts?  If your tryouts involve a choreographed routine (or routines) as my school's did, videotape the routine at the workshop where you learn it so that when you go home to practice you won't completely blank.  Practice until you feel comfortable with the dance...practicing with friends helps A LOT because you can encourage each other and give each other performance pointers.  If you have awhile before the tryouts, use the time to condition and get in shape.  Do a lot of stretching exercises and maybe try an aerobics DVD that focuses on dance to get used to performing others choreography.

    Yes, it's called fat blasting dance mix, and i'm not implying that you have fat to blast, lol, i'm not implying that i do either.  It's just a really fun DVD with 3 short dance routines and two segments for strengthening your core and thighs.  lol, I sound like i'm paid to advertise, but really, now that i'm in college, i miss being on the high school drill team and this DVD gives me a little bit of a dance fix.  :)
