Mayo to condition hair??

i heard mayo is great for making hair shiny and soft. whats the procedure? also are you not supposed to shampoo your hair afterword? whats the recipe you use, do you use just mayo or other ingredients like eggs or oil?

I have psoriasis in my scalp, and lately, its just so dry and itchy. Yes, I feel like dousing my head with oil. My parents have done the mayo in my hair as a kid. I don't remember how it conditioned the scalp, but, I'll try it if you will!

Yes your right, just grab a bunch or mayo and apply it all over your head while massaging your scalp. Leave on for about 15 min and get in the shower and rinse the mayo off, afterwards you do use a shampoo and/or conditioner to remove that smell away.

Another thing I have heard of is avocado and olive oil, smush them into a paste and do it the same as I mentioned on the mayo.
