ketchup! the best when it comes to french fries! correct me if im wrong.. but Ketchup is rich in Lycopene.. For your info.. Lycopene is a powerful antioxidant which is abundant in red tomatoes and processed tomato products, Lycopene may help prevent prostate cancer and some other forms of cancer, heart disease, and other serious diseases.. see?? Ketchup has lots of benifits.. belive it or not.. :)
