Mayonnaise hair treatment?

have you ever done this? i need answerss!

does it make ur hair greasy or good?

if you've tried it, is it worth it?

if i do it tonight, shower, dry my hair, and straighten it, will it look good tomorrow? helpppppp :/

It wasn't like that for me. It made my hair healthy, shiny and soft. No lie. It only gets greasy and gross if you don't wash it out good enough. It also makes your hair grow faster. I have done this plenty of times and run into no problems. It does everything pretty much.

i used it on my hair once

to kill lice incase i had them

but i didnt

so it was totally useless.

i read about that,

people used to do it in the 70's to make their hair greasy [eew]

my mom said she did it before and it made her hair super super greasy & gross...and my moms hair is sooo dry!!

It is disgusting, does NOT kill lice (don't let anyone tell you that!), is not worth it, and it will look pasty the next day. I tried it once when I was 12.. my hair was greasy for 3 days. And smelled like a subway sandwich.

Moisturizes your hair and scalp, is what I heard anyway.

I have done it and it works for my hair.  Wet your hair and towel dry.  Put the mayonaise on and leave it for about 15 minutes.  Rinse it out.   Then shampoo with dish soap.  You may need to do it twice.  If you use regular shampoo after a mayonaise treatment, it will look greasy.  Thats why you MUST use dish soap.  Then condition your hair and dry and style as usual.  Olive oil also works really well for dry hair.

I have done this once but PLEASE DON'T1 It does nothing! Everyone told me is will make my hair grow, but when I did it, I smelled like mayo and everyine made fun of me! It only makes your hair stink! TRUST ME! :-D
