Maytag MDB7600 issues

I have a Maytag Quiet Series 300 and it doesn't fill the tub with water. It had been working for sometime now it just displays the time for each cycle and does respond when I press start/cancel. When i press it a second time it responds with trying to drain the tub. Thoughts?Rash
