Maytag MFI2568AEB- icemaker flapper keeps

Maytag MFI2568AEB- icemaker flapper keeps slapping open and shut. water and Ice dispensers not working and "5" and "35" flash rapidly on the control panel and all lights flash and flicker rapidly.
