Maytag MSD2356AEW Side by Side Fridge not Cooling... Fridge at setting #9 but barely cool enough

Fridge at setting #9 but barely cool enough to use and seems to to getting worse. Seems better through the winter months but has been a problem the last couple of summers. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
