Maytag MSD2732GRW ice maker quit.. It is no longer making ice. Seems to be a water issue. Tray

It is no longer making ice. Seems to be a water issue. Tray never fills with water. All other water on frig works. There is water in line going to back of freezer. Electrical problem?
