I have twice replaced the complete racks and the problem continues to happen. I have tried calling the manufacturer but because there is no recall on product and I am no longer under warranty (although problem originally started when product was still under warranty-they replaced racks once but warranted those racks from date of replacement). Please let me know what I can do to prevent, stop or get a replacement as I am expecting a baby soon and worry about the rust getting on the baby bottles.Sincerely,Kathy Sheets
