Maytag refridgerator leaking water down the front

Question

I have a Maytag refridgerator that's about ten years old. It's a french door style with an ice maker and a dispenser on the exterior of the door for ice and water. about a year ago it started leaking water from around the dispensing area but I'm not sure from exactly where (the drip tray seems to fill up most of the time though) water then runs down the front of the fridge and onto the ground. I just shut the water off to temporarily solve the problem but I would like to fix it the right way. If you have any ideas for where to start I would appreciate it.
