Manny Pacquiao can take Mayweather to the cleaners. no doubt about it, which is why mr. pound for pound is not willing to step in the ring. he is side stepping by putting stupid requirements, how come Mayweather fought everyone else without asking what he asking Manny to do. That tells you a lot.
