Is mayweather scared of miguell cotto.He does not want to challenge him he just says he has note fought a big named but thats retarded because cotto fought shane mostly and zab judah and beat both of them.

What the h**l does Mayweather have to be scared of? As much as I hate the smug b*****d, he would toy with Cotto for the first few rounds before schooling him and KOing him late. Cotto is an exciting, tough fighter, but he doesn't have the skill set required to even make it a challenging fight.

he's scared that cotto will put an "L" on his record he says that cotto hasnt fought any names but he did beat the h**l outta Zab Judah who mayweather fought and was actually losing the first half of that fight. for those of you who say cotto doesnt have the skill to make it a good fight if Mayweather fights Cotto like he did with De La Hoya i think Money May will be the one TKO'd in the later rounds

Cotto did not beat Shane Mosley the judges gave it to him and Mayweather would pick Cotto a part there is not a fighter that steps into that ring that is scared of anyone if Mike Tyson is not standing on the other side of the ring from you I think you like your chances .

money talks. far as the zab vs mayweather and cotto vs zab no comparison. styles make fights. zab wasnt as hyped for the cotto fight as he was for mayweather. zab didnt look deterimined to win against cotto. maybe it was because he was afraid of cottos power. like I said style makes fights. judah thought he had more power than mayweather and stood toe to toe. against cotto he tried to box inside but lost. Maywather is scared of cotto in one hand its the risk of the lost. and in the other hand its like 20 million who can turn that down. and we all know that Bob arum will never offer mayweather 20 million to fight on his card. and wouldnt give mayweather half of the promotion rights. thats the reason why mayweather retired hes bascicly saying if you want a fight with a retired star like me you need to pay me. money talks money talks. no matter how tough the opponent is.

scared i don't really think he's scared Floyd is a business  man and whoever offers him the most $ thats who he's going to fight i think the Cotto camp did't offer him enough $ Floyd wanted 10-12 million for that fight where Cotto would only be getting 5 mill win or lose so the fight fell through because negotiations weren't met

"Scared" might not be the word, that might be part of the reason , but lets remember, Mayweather is a buisness man and is alllllllllllllllllll about money[even though he put down a 8 million offer for margo] he just thinks the money isn't worth the risk, and he doesn't want to fight a fight that will be a risk for his record, he is just making smart choices and avoiding the hard fights , he is not just ducking cotto, he is ducking margo, williams, clottey, so basically you cant say he's scared, he is just cautious, and dosen't want to put his record on the line, no matter how much i hate mayweather, that's just the truth
