Mazatlan, Mexico are there restaurants on the beach like in Vallarta?

We just want to sit under a palapa or umbrella and have a beer or two and enjoy the waves. Maybe even rent a jet ski (before the beers). Anyone know of somewhere like this in Mazatlan. We stayed in Vallarta in oldtown and were at Muertos beach everyday and loved it.

MANY places like that. None in Old Mazatlan though. Our beach in Olas Altas is not conducive to it. But the Gold Zone is full of places like that. Miles of them. So is Stone Island. (Isla De La Pierda)
