Mazda mx3 v6 has flat spot & missfire?

Question

i have a mazda 1.8 v6 ive changed leads plugs .airflow & throttle position sensor . on reving it flat spot straight away but it appears that the spark weakens on no 1 cyl does anyone know why this might be & is the advance & r****d mechanism in the distributor thanks mike .

if the car is on the correct engine timming check the ignition timming too with a timming gun

but only one spark has a "missfire" then replace the ignition cap and rotor and also the spark cables
