Mazda protege aftermarket radio help?

I have an aftermarket radio i installed and i bought the harness for the 97 mazda protege that matches my car but then for the aftermarket radio i spliced the wires and hard wired them. Everything was working fine but when i turn on my head light the outter lights come on but the dash lights don't come on.

I checked the fuse and it was blown, so i replaced it and turn the lights on again No lights came on so i rechecked the fuse and it blew again. Obviously something is not wired right! There was a few wires that seemed like the colors didnt match with anything.....any help would help.

the orange wire has to be on a separate wire than red

orange is illumination

red is power
