Mc Donald's - although franchised, are there main owners?

Who is at the top - who owns Mc Donalds (they hide behind the fact that it's all franchised). Just wondering if the owners have their own nutritionist, and what do they eat while we fat asses eat their burgers.

There is a CORPORATE office in Oak Brook, Illinois. Contact them for information if you are interested in buying a franchise. The corporate founder was a guy named Ray Kroc, but it is a publicly traded company now on the stock exchange, owned by SHAREHOLDERS.
