No matter what I eat, I end up not feeling well. Some places are worse then others. But I only eat out every once in a while. But when I do, I get really bad pains in my tummy. And almost right after I get done eating, I have to go #2. I know I shouldn't eat there, but sometimes I don't have a choice. I thought subway would be better, but it makes me sick to... And all I get it a Wheat foot long, turkey, cheese, ranch, lettus! It shouldn't be that bad for me! My wife gets the way after she eats out.. So how many others are like this?

  1. hi,

this is due 2 excessive eating of junk foods.it happens 2 everyone.

  2. yeah this happens to everyone I think maybe you are eating out too much! you really dont know what you are eating when dining out!!! eat home is better  :) but maybe you should consider seeing a stomach doctor maybe you have stomach condition like Gerd.. or ulcers I'd really consider doing this good luck! and its ok to eat out now and then but try to stay away from the fast food places they are really not clean enough and its not healthy for you at all

  3. all garbage.  stay away from those places

  4. when I was a kid, all fast food hamburgers made me sick.

Now only harveys hamburgers do it.

  5. yep, I get it. I havent' eaten a burger in 10 years. recently I had a bite just to see... and only one bite did it to me. there is some serious junk in that stuff :S

I reccon it's the preservatives in the mince. sometimes ordinary mince from the supermarket does it to me, I have to get top qualitly preservative free stuff to avoid staying up all night with reflux & stomach ache.

subway, is better and it depends on what you choose. tuna is baaad, and try a different type of cheese? no dressing.

if people go into maccas or HJ's I'll perhaps order fries & ice cream just to get me by. rather starve than suffer.

subway is better than HJ's (burger king) is better than Mc donalds, but none is better than home cooking!

  6. Do you think you could be lactose intolerant?  Especially if #2 occureth immediately after eating.

Buy some Lactaid "Fast Act," and try a few of the pills with your meal.  It might help- a lot.

    Cheers.

  7. it's because you eat a nutritious diet and your system is not used to c**p!  he he:)

try the veggie lite from subway on wheat minus the cheese. load it up with healthy stuff.

skip mcds and bk.  that stuff is c**p.  if you HAVE to eat there, try the grilled chicken salads.

good luck and be thankful that your body rejects that stuff.  we shouldn't eat that c**p anyways.

  8. Basically by going to these places you are eating garbage.

I don't want to be too graphic but whenever I have been to a McDonalds I've always needed to use the loo within an hour.

  9. Not me, I eat too many habenero peppers for anything to upset my stomach.

  10. nah,,

  11. maybe you have an intolerance into some of those mentioned food chain's ingredients, try on checking out what food you are intolerant with, so you can avoid #2 occurrence.

  12. Yeah, I'm fairly sure that this is becuase of all of the grease. After you eat it, it makes it harder for you to digest the burgers, thus making it feel like you have a heavy lump of slime in your tummy...it also happens to me.

  13. Never bothered me once - but then, I don't use those places if I can avoid them because of all the fat involved.

  14. Yes it does. That's cause its full of grease and nasty stuff that's bad for you. I literally gag when I pass those places.

  15. Well, start planning so you have a choice not to go.  The food at McDonalds and Burger Kings is terrible for you.  There could be any number of things that could be causing you problems with the lack of quality they dish out.  Subway is probably a bit better... you may want to cut out the cheese or ranch.  Also maybe get the 6 inch instead of the footlong.  Does dairy cause you issues when you eat at home?  Maybe you are lactose intolerant.

Anyway, the "sometimes you don't have a choice" doesn't cut it.  I haven't eaten fast food in years.  You have a choice.  You can go to the grocery store and buy an apple and banana.  Or just make sure you always have food to eat at home.  It isn't that difficult.
