McAfee Anti-Virus 10-in-1... HELP!

I just installed the McAfee anti-virus and scanned my hp computer... It found 2 trojans and quarantined them. I was looking for an option so I can delete them but didn't find any. Is that really how it works?--- I mean, i don't have to delete them? Thanks!

Quarantined means the Trojans can no longer have any effect on your computer, so don't worry, but they're aren't deleted from your computer. Go to McAfee's Console (main page where you get a lot of options like scan, update etc..), there's a quarantined objects section which will show you the list of Trojans you have quarantined. From there delete them.
