  1. I am not upset about either one. Bristol Palin's pregnancy is a family issue, not a political one. I am sure Sarah Palin's political views, experience, intelligence, etc. are not going to change because her daughter is pregnant. I like her and support her and I would never judge anyone, Democrat or Republican, because his or her daughter was pregnant. Obviously, it's not an ideal situation, but the reality is, it happens.

  2. Good question.

Exactly what you would expect from desperate conservatives pretending to be liberal and bashing the child.  I mean the nerve of them... LOL

I mean do liberals have hate radio with hannity et al, hate media on fox... that dedicate 24hrs a day to negativity?  How counterintuitive to productivity.  I envy the lib's in that regard.  Not so much that I will be one...too close to socialism for me.  So, I'll remain independent until we get a candidate who knows how many homes he has or what the price of gas is.

  3. I thought the media was being way more respectful than usual. Most major outlets are refusing to say anything negative about the situation since it is her daughter and not her.

  4. No I would be equally appalled  if Obama's children were attacked in this same manner

Only positive thing is that it will make people sympathetic to Palin and her family.

  5. I think is the later

  6. nope because it shows how desperate extreme libs (their bloggers who started it) and the media who supports them are.  dont have any issues... then attack someone.

It was Bill Clinton who popularized the term "politics of personal destruction"  how odd.

  7. are you sticking your tongue out and saying "na na na na"?

I think that the children should be off limits, period.

  8. Obama has alot worse things to talk about

  9. It is bringing super star status to Palin and driving her numbers up

  10. The media is taking a hands off position. (as they should)

The loonies on blocs have crawled out from beneath their rocks to make crass statements.

Sen Obama has renounced this...as expected.

If people have nothing better to do than post negative non useful things.......what does that tell you about that type of person.

Both groups have these sorts of lowlife.....they just want reaction.

  11. Yes I saw this on 'Fox' this morning and Mr Obama's reply which was very courteous etc.

I think again the media is just looking to continue the interest on any of the candidates or their running mates to create ratings, that's their job and in my opinion it rates pretty poorly as both candidates and their VP picks would appear to be genuinely honourable people.

Obama replied that families are 'off limits' and I agree with him even though I am not an American and quietly support Mr McCain.

Certain portions of the media have created a cabaret out of the primary's and want the pace to continue but I feel that is over now as the issues themselves take the forefront, unfortunately these few media and bloggers have not kept up with the higher standards now being set and are still paddling in their own mire.

Whatever the outcome of the election for you Americans I am sure that it is going to be a better future for you all!

  12. The media coverage does not bother me.  Obama and the real democrats are quite respectful on the "issue" noting its a personal and family matter not a political one.  Sadly the bloggers around here are pathetic and don't mind beating up a 17 year old to win their cause.  Those people are really shameless and disgusting.
