McCain the Antichrist?

A couple points I'd like to make. And hear your opinions...

* McCain came up out of nowhere as a candidate (who ever heard of McCain on CNN/FOX/NBC before the elections?)

*If the apocalypse is in 2012, and it's the Christian apocalypse. Then whomever is elected will be antichrist. And it seems like McCain has a chance.

*There is a real cult following for him amongst the Evangelicals, and the Bible says that even the truest of believers will be temped and many of them duped by the beast.

So what do you guys all think?.

Obama is the more likely "Antichirist" if you knew anything at all about politics or religion.  Your ignorance is on glaring display when you assume "nobody" has heard of McCain until this election.

And by the way. Obama is NOT the Antichrist.  Just an unaccomplished Marxist politician with nefarious ties to racist preachers, domestic terrorists, and felonious slum-lord land developers willing to "cut sweetheart deals" for good friends.

Well, they said that about Bush too, so the verdict is still out. But McCain means Son of Cain. In the Bible, Cain killed his brother Abel, thus committing the first murder.

Who ever heard of McCain before these elections - well voters in Arizona and those who paid attention in previous election cycles as well. Heck, if you pay attention to politics outside of elections, you've probably heard of legislation like McCain-Feingold.

2012 is a mayan myth, not a Christian one. Besides the AntiChrist will be generally liked by the world, I'd say Obama is a better candidate.

The cult of personality for Obama is just as strong... though I'm beginning to think you knew that all along and are simply making a play here.

2012 is predicted by some to be the end of the world, not the "christiain" end of the world. what does that imply, that in 2012 christians only will die?

The apocalypse is not in 2012. No one knows when it will occur and I'm tired of hearing c**p like this. Anyone who believes that McCain or Obama is the antichrist needs to go get some help. This is just stupid.

McCain ran against Bush in 2000.  He's been a Senator for almost 30 years...obviously the people of Arizona know him quite well...How long has Obama held his current job?
