McCain wants to stay in Iraq for 100 years if necessary. Is this what our soldiers have died for?

Pay attention to the news. The whole thing is almost over. Regardless who wins, the majority of Americans will be out of Iraq within 2 years. We won d**n it-we defeated the insurgency and helped the Iraqis build up their own army so they can defend themselves. Stop being such a negative guy and celebrate that we did good.

Iraq is a big lie. First we over there for weapons of mass destruction and they weren't there but we still stayed. Then we were over there for suddam hussein, and we caught him, but yet we're still over there. Now we're over there for the oil, but we're pretty much stuck. If we leave, it'll get hectic for all the citizens because everything would just go crazy. If we stay, our people die. And its not for Bin Laden because there's no chance in h**l he can be caught, everyones too afraid of him.

If it's true that Iraq signed with China that is very bad news for all the world. China is the reason none of the world countries have been able to do anything about Darfur. What about those poor people?

Wake up people and find out all the facts.  It is a complicated world we now live in. There is no black and white but a very large area of gray. And it's not all about US.

America is wounded on all vital fronts and the smell of blood is all everywhere.  I'd rather have a guy that understands the realities of war than one who doesn't. Thinks we can make nice. You wait and see what's going to happen. Hope you are ready for it.

I fought to help the Iraqi people. We will not be there 100 years because the Iraqis are tired of us being over there. They feel we did our job and need to leave as soon as we finish training their army and police. If we didn't go over there more innocent people would have died and our military resources would be tied up over the no fly zones and manning the Kuwaiti/Iraqi border as well. for as long as the Husein family was in power. Now I'm a disabled vet and will suffer my entire life because of my service, but I'm fine with that. I helped liberate a nation that was run by somebody as sadistic and narcissistic as Hitler.
