  1. The guy he lost to in 2000 can't run again.


  2. He's not better now....The difference is that in 2000 there was a worse candidate to vote for, so the American people jumped at the opportunity to elect Bush. But now, in 2008, there wasn't a worse candidate, so the American Republicans unsurprisingly went for the next "best" choice - McCain.

  3. He's better than the alternative.  Just when you think someone is the worst person possible, someone else comes along and shows you that they're not.  

    Matter of fact, I couldn't stand Hillary but when I seen the other Dems running for office,  I seen that she was indeed not the worst the Dems have.

    In 2004, the first person John Kerry asked to be his Vice President was McCain.

    McCain is better because almost everybody wants him now.
