Can you provide some references or context for your question?  I can't imagine how Bin Laden could have been using tax havens when he was not running any legitimate businesses in the US.  

Or has the IRS started taxing terrorism now?  OMG - that must be why Obama is willing to lose the war on terrorism, that would instantly balance our budget. Plus it would cut our long term heath care costs as the population gets decimated, a win-win situation.

  That is because he was a lobbyist for a foreign leader.  Mccain is being funded by leaders not to be taxed.
