Are they guilty of murder or are they victims of poor choices and bad circumstances?

  1. I f all the evidence could be gathered and put before a court, I reckon they would be found guilty of homicide, not necessarily murder but maybe manslaughter.

  7. Lets put it this way. Maddie disappeared over a year ago. If the McCanns had been guilty of neglect or even murder as you suggest  don't you find it odd that they have not been charged on either counts long before this. Reason There is no evidence to prove it. I guess they could be charged by being thoughtless but then over half of us would be in jail now if that were the case.
