McCanns: Kate & Gerry changed clothes the night Madeleine disapeared ?

We read that Frenchman Duarte Levy is demanded £50,000 for photographs he claims implicate Kate and Gerry in their daughter's disappearance. Mr Levy claims that the photographs show that Kate and Gerry McCann suspiciously changed cloths the night Madeleine disapeared.

Kate and Gerry McCann have said the accusation is 'ludicrous'

Clarence McLiar has branded Mr Levy "a con man and fantastist"... well I suppose he of all people should know what they are like ?

Is Mr Levy onto something and trying to make an honest buck (everyone else seems to be making money from the case) or to quote Kate and Gerry are the photo's just 'ludicrous' ?

You call the blackmail of parents who lost their daughter "making an honest buck"?

This whole thing is ludicrous. A child was taken. She's now been adopted by some rich recluses somewhere, had a name change and will bever be seen again as Maddy McCann. It is tragic, yes, but this sort of thing happen all over the world every day and so  many are children from poor families who nobody will lift a finger to help find.

Both the McCanns, the media and the public need to accept that she will not be found and must get on with their lives.

I think the pictures you are referring to might hold a few surprises and if the Mc's and Clarie are worried then there must be something very revealing in them. The reason behind the sale of the pictures is that the owner want to ensure they get into the public domain and the PJ, this way there will be no chance of them 'disappearing'... If the rumours I have heard are true there will be some people shaking in their lying boots...

the most obvious part of this story that has me putting it down to yet another dead end is that if this claim had any foundation  Duarte Levy would have been arrested for obstructing an investigation  the all alledged  photos would have been seized by the police.

If I were the McCanns I would simply ignore this cr@p.

The story sounds to me like pure fiction.

For a start, the name Duarte is very much Portuguese and the surname name Levy is very much Jewish so to call him 'French' sounds like this character has been has been very much invented.

Secondly, why on earth would anyone ( as D Levy claims he did ) be photographing a group of ordinary tourists, having a banal tapas meal until that time of the night for no reason ?!

I would dismiss that story as pure junk, '17 pdr'.

I'm sure they did change clothes; when you're on vacation with your kids, don't you usually wear casual clothes in the afternoon that you can get messy and change in the evening for dinner into something more formal?

I suppose that they might very well of changed due to their obsession with all things cleanliness. I mean the washing of the apartment's or hotels curtains is a thing that most people do whilst on holiday. This I'm sure would mystify the maids who clean the rooms on a daily basis. You know the ones who make the beds change the towels and set the air conditioning etc ect. This would also explain why Gerry scrubbed all the calls from his phone.

the truth prevails in this case..though the truth of how and where this child is is yet to be seen..missing child cases are very serious and take tons of money and time to investigate and track down leads and information..making money off a missing child's case is sick..if this is truly what this man is doing.
