McCanns: are you for them or against them?

I don't believe that they did anything with Madeline but I don't think they were very smart that night that she was taken. Firstly, they gave her sleeping meds so they could go out. Secondly, they left her alone in a strange country. If they were as saintly as some people would like you to believe then they would not have left their helpless child alone in a strange hotel room in a strange country. I would NEVER leave my little girl alone anywhere to go anywhere for any amount of time. I don't even leave her alone at our home to go around the corner to take out the garbage. It is just not responsible parenting! That little girl would still be with her parents and safe if they only would have thought of the consequence's of such a foolish act. I pray that she is ok and that she will be returned home safely one day, but I only feel so sorry for the parents.

I am for Madeline McCann ,and finding her!

two somewhat educated people,with money have no excuse for leaving their 3 children unattended night after night on a holiday just so they could enjoy a dinner and wine undisturbed!

they could afford a nanny!! even if they could not it would be no excuse for a dirt poor person to leave their children alone and uncared for where potential harm might come to them.

the portugese authorities messed this up from the beginning so it is hard to say now if she is dead or alive or if her parents may have accidentaly killed her and then disposed of the body,or if some person or persons kidnapped her for some evil purpose or because they wanted a child of their own.

hopefully this matter is resolved soon so we may all know the fate of poor little Madeline and the guilty whoever they may be will be punished to the full extent of the law!

please if anyone can help Madeline--- do the right thing!

I don't trust the McCanns, I don't trust the rest of the Tapas friends, I don't trust the Meturdo 3 detectives,I don't trust the influential people behind the McCanns and I don't trust this government.

I DO trust Eddie and Keela ....dogs don't lie.

Very much against.

Firstly, if they were innocent of any involvement in Madeleine's disappearance, they owed it to their daughter to answer all the questions put to them and cooperate fully with the PJ so that certain lines of enquiry could be eliminated, and the Police could then concentrate on looking for their daughter. That is, of course, unless the McCanns knew full well what had happened to her, and that nothing they said or did could bring her back. Either way they should be ashamed of themselves.

Secondly, if they had spent as much time and energy looking after their children as they do attacking and suing anyone who dares to disagree with them, Madeleine would still be here.

Unless you are new on here everyone knows my thoughts about the sad case. I have been in their corner for a year  and am glad that now they have been cleared of suspicion by the Portuguese police and not forgetting British social services. Unfortunately anti McCanns think they know better than either

If you're referring to Madeline's parents then my opinion would be that I simply don't trust them.  I didn't trust them from day one when I saw them on the news. There's too much put into this searching business. So many people lose their children it's unbelievable. Who do they think they are to believe their child is the only one. As mean as this sounds, they need to accept the truth. The poor girl is indeed gone. It is very sad but then you take a look at all those families with lost children and you realise that they're in the same boat as many. If they really wanted to make a difference they would accept the harsh truth and begin a charity to help find ALL missing kids. Then I would trust them and believe their words. But for now? No. I do not like them.

They shouldn't have been irresponsible enough to leave their children in an apartment in Portgual to be honest. I mean, come on! That's just idiotic.

What would be funny now, is if you weren't referring to the McCanns I'm talking about :|

I'm not an anti-McCann. I just CAN'T look at them and think they're telling the complete story. There's just something about them that I don't like.

For, if anything they screwed up by leaving their kids to go out for a meal, sad thing is what followed, we all make mistakes in life but theirs had terrible consequences
