McCulloch Chain Saw model # 600016H

Question

I need to know, how to check the condensor, to see if it is good or not.

I have a multimeter with a capacitor tester, need to know the what the output/reading of the capacitor.

Every time I start the chainsaw, I have to add some fuel, directlory to the carburator to start the saw. It will run until the tank is dry, therefore I know the fuel pump works, but am unsure of an alternative starting method.

It is not running at this time, I think because of an electrical issue.
