How is the McDonald's Fruit 'n Yogurt Parfait?

I have never tried it. All I know is that even though the word, "fruit" is in the title, it still has a lot of calories.

I love that parfait. The yogurt is so good. Different than Dannon or any other yogurt found in stores. I want some now too. I am hungry. Also it's only a buck. Get two.

Cheap, processed, gross for the body. Go to market and buy your own fresh fruit and vanilla yogurt, best bet!

I used to be a manager. I loved them i used to make them with more blueberries and strawberries. They had to be frozen to make them better.

Actually, it is pretty good!  It goes great with a chicken salad.  I still find it difficult to not include the french fries in my meal though.

It is very  good! I especially love the granola they give you for the top.

Too bad its about the same amount of caloires as a yogurt or a hamburger. : x

And they rip you off on the fruit its like all yogurt.

Its not that its necessarily fattening just by the calories, its the Trans Fat which actually makes up 5% of your Daily Requirements and the Starch and Carbohydrates that make it not the healthiest thing you could get.  So its not horrible, but its definitely not as healthy as they say it is!  I laugh when I see the commercials where McDonalds tries to pitch that they are a healthy place to eat, it makes me laugh.  Has anyone seen the commercial of the little girl eating a bite of an apple and drinking milk?  I bet even their apples have to be somewhat bad for you, fast food is just so bad for us but oh so good!
