McDonald's employees dont use gloves...?

Question

I have seen whey they prepare the food...I think that they should use rubber gloves...or some kind of gloves that can be used with food. I mean, what if they scratch their head and touch the bun ...that would be nasty...who agrees????

 i  work at mcdonalds and we use gloves to handle raw meat have to wash our hands with soap every half an hour, every time we touch a dirty service or take rubbish out but this is in the uk
