Question:

McDonalds' Chicken Snack Wraps? How bad are they for you, really?

I had a friend who recently told me that a Chicken Snack Wrap from McDonalds is worse for you than a Big Mac. I have another friend, however, who works there and says the grilled ones actually aren't that bad. Does anyone know anything more about that?
