McDonalds Daily Double burger - why was it taken off?

I LOVED the daily double burger from Mcdonalds - more than the Bic Mac - why was it taken off the menu?

Does anyone remember the recipe? I would like to order a double cheesburger and turn it into a daily double (make it my way).

I've send countless letter to Mcdonalds corporate on WHY they took off but no response :(

  1. It could be because of location.  Sometimes certain foods do better in some areas than others.  At the end of the day it's a business.
