As an employee of the golden arches I always try and make every customer's visit to my store a good one, unfortunately not every other employee feels the same. They seem to be just in it for the money, I just love working in general! So i'd like to hear about everyone's experience through Macca's Drive-thru as this is one area I am trying to improve alot more...

  1. It seems that people in the drive thru aren't really customer service oriented these days.  Sometimes they don't even speak to me, thank me, smile, nothing. It's very disturbing as I used to work at McD's too and tried to be friendly to each customer.

  2. The most irritating thing I find about Drive Thru is when I don't get any serviettes/ napkins! It drives me crazy! I tend to eat in my car alot (bad I know) and when there is nothing to wipe my hands and face on it really annoys me!

Also, the person who hands the meals out to the customer harldy says anything anymore. All I ask for is a "Hi, here is your [whatever you have ordered], have a nice day/ night".
