McDonalds Hygiene??

Does anyone have any info on hygiene at McDonalds & Burger King for my caterin project?

your  project is odd.the mcdonalds here,well lets say the hygeine there isn't to great..i see people grabbing at themselves and itching their noses,playing with thier hair...honey i don't want your hands near my food..so good luck on your "project".

all is same a beautiful and attractive decor out but insde is ****.

Okay...our motto is CAYG - clean as you go...wash hands every hour or if soiled by sneezing, touching your hair, after toilet, etc...and yeah we clean as much as we can as fast as we can...sometimes it gets really busy and you don't really have time to scrub benches or what not...but managers usually come along and clean it for us as we're too busy...and theres many more procedures we follow to ensure cleanliness is maintained.
