McDonalds Leeds, Briggate?

Question

I went in today as it now under new ownership with the most worse service ever. It now seems to be owned, managed and staffed by a asian family with some white people for equality. The order was wrong and the floor was totally no help and i have been accused of lying about the wrong order. Who else have opinions about the mcdonalds
