McDonalds Menu Prices In Hawaii?

Since so many things have to be imported into Hawaii, wouldn't the MCDonalds prices there be higher as well?

Yes, everything in Hawaii is more expensive than the mainland, but most people who make the trip expect it.

They are much higher.  The first time I went a few years ago we had no choice but to go to McDonald's, and a combo meal was 8 dollars!!!

Dunno personally but my mother has been there and says everything is more expensive. Indeed, McDonalds included. On average a dollar or two more than here for a meal.

I ate at the McDonalds in Waikiki and the prices are a little higher.  However, they give you a free side of fresh pineapple chunks with your meal.
