  1. I can offer a fast and friendly service.

It is different, but with training and motivation, I believe that I can become better and better with working and dealing in a fast paced environment.

  2. These are some answers I thought of right now, you can use ones somewhere along these lines:

What can You offer to Mcdonalds?

I can offer my hard work and motivation as well as my positive attitude to create a friendly work environment.

How will You be able to adapt in a fast-paced environment?

I am a quick learner and I'm sure I will be able to adapt quickly into a fast-paced environment.

    :)

btw, how do you know the questions they are going to ask you?

  3. An example of what to say:

    1.  I can offer my excellent work ethic and my desire to take care of the customers.  I am a customer-oriented person.

    2.  In recent years, my life has been fast paced.  I successfully juggled school, dance class......................  I did all of this with while maintaing a 3.8 grade point average.

  4. While "Kim's" suggestions are great, they are too corporate based for a McDonald's interview/position.

Go with MAC's - her suggestions are right on target.  I would only add the following:

    To this:

"How will You be able to adapt in a fast-paced environment?"

In addition to what MAC wrote here, after "quick learner....." consider adding "With the main focus being customer service, I'm sure that the benefit of team effort will help me to quickly adapt to your fast-paced environment."

Throwing in teamwork or team effort will show that you play nice with others and in that kind of a job and that type of environment, there is alot of employee interaction and it's ALL about customer service.
