McDonalds never gives me my sweet and sour sauce.!!?

i really like it and always ask for extra and they're happy to charge me for it but never give it to me. Its soo annoying ..

does this ever happen to anyone else. also if you work at maccas can you maybe tell my why its so hard to give me my sauce ?

don't be so harsh, its a fast food restaurant and they're probably busy, and its easy to forget those little things. just simply remind them you paid for some sweet and sour.

they forget to give me my sweet and sour sauce too sometimes. yesterday i went to mcdonalds  to get some chicken nuggets and fries to go. i went inside  to get my order. after they gave me my order i then told the to give me some sweet and sour sauce.the girl handed me to packs of sauce.you should ask them face to face for anything you want because they might forget it.if you want sauce or ketchup make sure you ask them for it when they hand you your order or before you leave the restaurant that way they will not forget it.

Well I always go to put the sauce in the bag last because if I put it in the bag first it just off balances the food and make the burger box sit funny  weird as it sounds so I do it last and I must admit I have forgotten quiet a few time

I always check my bag of food before I leave the window. I always ask for extra McChicken sauce for my fries and they usually forget.

I find it annoying that they won't even give ketchup unless you ask. Many times they have forgotten straws and napkins with my order, but I feel I shouldn't be eating McDonald's, so this is the price I must pay.

That happens to me EVERY SINGLE TIME!! I got to the point where I stopped taking my kids. Nothing is more frustrating than being on your way and realizing that they forgot something.

If you are so annoyed by it, why don't you try getting out of your car, like you had to do before they had drive-thru's for lazy people, and going in and asking for it at the counter, face to face with a human being and watch them put the sauce in your bag.

That should solve your problem of being annoyed.

It Happens to me all the time... Plus Its not even a Live human that takes my order, its all done via Internet... and also McDonalds has turned into a Robot Fast food Place.
