Question:

Mcbama for president?

interestingly, this question was deleted by yahoo because someone reported abusive content. that is typical of individuals who have no legitimate argument to support their opinions. opinions without justification are emotional, volatile, and ignorant. so again, i pose this question: median voter theory claims that 2 party systems will converge towards the middle to solicit more support. is this positive in that it mediates radicalism, or negative in that both parties become so similar that the voting public has no real options?

  1. Obots are sheeps. They don't want to hear the truth becasue if the negative stuff about Obama is true, then what does that say about them?... That they are fools, which in their minds that can't happen because they are so enlighten and smart. They rather attack and live in ignorance then learn the truth. If God told them about Obama shady past, they still wouldn't believe it.

  2. The subject is difficult to exactly answer either way. There certainly is a tendency for two political parties to want to appeal to electors for the same reasons because it can bring in more votes.

However the nature of the two parties or the two candidates is not likely to really be the same. This means that a voter who has done his homework properly and examined the past records of the candidates, then knows who to vote for. This is in spite of the tendency for their publicity campaigns to be less distinguishable.

  3. in reality, the two major parties, despite their stated differences, are very similar in that the politicians do what they want, regardless of what the public thinks they should do.
