  1. Really, we all know he chose her because she is a woman and he wants to get the women's vote.

And this is coming from a McCain supporter!

  2. Well see she is not going to be president , McCain would be...

  3. First of all, she does have the experience, an executive, a mayor, and a governor.  Secondly she is not the top of the ticket like empty suit Obama and thirdly she even does have more experience than Obama who is running for the number one spot.  Go McCain/Palin!

  4. Actually her experience as an executive, mayor and govenor already outdoes Obama.

  5. She is already more qualified than Obama. A governor is ALWAYS a better pick because they have all the experience of management (on a smaller scale) as a President. Senators don't do squat... just sit in committees and vote on bills that usually hurt us more than help us.

Palin is a great choice. I will enjoy watching the Dems squirm over this.

  6. yes.  bad McCain!  a pro-life fiscal conservative anti tax waste legislator-now-governor. and OH did i mention she's a woman? the nerve!

  7. I think she gave him a prostate massage to get the position.

  8. She has been a Governor for less than two years and was a town council member and a town Mayor before that. Why didn't he just ask Andy Griffith to be his running mate. At least he is well known and well like. He would have sown up the vote from Mayberry.

  9. A few major differences. Palin has experience as an executive. Being Governor makes you the leader, the head of something, the boss if you will. Being a senator does not give you that same luxury. Obama has never been the top dog/executive of anything. Obama also has only spent 173 days actually in the senate, whereas Palidan has over 700 days being in the governor's office. Palin is a strong conservative which will please the base, she is a woman, which will take some  of those lost Clinton votes. It was an excellent choice.

Ps. Her approval rating in Alaska is somewhere between 80-90 %
