  1. im still on the fence, but leaning toward obama. one thing that i don't like about obama is that he's pro-choice. I'm pro-life. the thing I don't like bout Mccain is that he's to proud to admit we've lost the war. but, im thinking...

    GO OBAMA!! WIN THIS ELECTION!!

  2. McCain. I believe he is the best candidate with the most experience to lead this country in these perilous times. He is the most qualified to protect our country from Islamic extremists who wish to harm our country and our way of life.

  3. obama ..if i could vote but i cant im only 13 =[ he cares for the poor & soo i say win the election barack!

  4. Barack and Michelle Obama are an inspiring example of traditional family values

A political candidate with a solid, traditional marriage without a hint of scandal.

Barack Obama will restore the rule of law and respect the Constitution

Obama will end torture, imprisonment without trial, extraordinary rendition, and the outsourcing on national security to mercenary armies that operate in a deliberately created legal vacuum.

Barack Obama will require fiscal responsibility

Obama will reinstate PAYGO, requiring that Congress pay for new spending by raising additional tax revenues or cutting existing spending.

Barack Obama will encourage energy independence

Obama plans to invest $150 billion over ten years to speed up the process of making the United States energy independent. Renewable energy will make the US economically independent and free it from international entanglements.

Barack Obama will put an end to grandiose nation-building schemes

Free Iraqis are just as capable of solving their own problems as we are of solving ours.

    Barack Obama will respect science

Stem cell research, check. Global warming, check. Evolution, check.

Barack Obama will reintroduce Reaganesque face-to-face diplomacy

Nixon met with Mao, Ford met with Brezhnev, Reagan met with Gorbachev, and Obama will meet with whomever he needs to in order to promote freedom, peace and democracy.

    Barack Obama is smart

Graduated Harvard magna *** laude, president and editor-in-chief of the Harvard Law Review. Enough said!

Barack Obama will lower taxes for 95% of Americans

Taxes will be cut on those making under $250,000. For those making over $250,000 who find they just can’t get by, I’m sure that those making less will be happy to volunteer their budgetary expertise.

Barack Obama will be good for the rich!

When the United States government starts to exercise fiscal responsibility, when the energy crisis is resolved, and when geopolitical tensions decrease, economic growth will be more dependable and the stock market will rebound

  5. I'm a Navy vet and I'm voting for John Mccain. I just don't trust BO. My experience has been, people who are smooth talkers are usually the ones that you can not trust. I'll take someone (Mccain) that talks like my Dad. He speaks his mind and lets the chips fall where they may.

  6. well im voting fro obama this country needs a change republicans are just digging themselves in a bigger hole with nominating sarah palin wtf if you cant have family values and teach your kids right how can you run a country and decide whats right for us?

  7. hey if you like obamas politics you like people who like to dig up dirt to make people look bad mccain will win and obama is not inspiring I'm with you tom m

  9. I am voting for McCain because his Vice President is completely opposed to abortion.

  10. Obama, I like his policies. I would never vote for a Repub.

  11. Obama he is for helping the poor people, he wants to end the war in iraq also.

  12. Seems like Mccains party just wants to scare us with terroists and war....If thats all they can provide I'm voting for Obama. Sick of the same old scare tactics and war and not doing anything for this country.

  13. Obama lies too much about economic changes.

    but

    So do Mccain.

I guess I vote for neither.

ps: It's just my opinion, so don't give me too many thumbs down. Thank you.

  14. I'm voting for Obama. I'm voting strictly Democrat, because the Republicans are destroying this country, from the inside out. I'm sick of it.

  15. McCain, he has more life expirence and politic expierence than Obama. Obama has only been senator for 4 years and that's like the only expirence he has had, which isn't enough to run a country in this day and age. Also, Since McCain has been in war, almost died, was captured and held prisoner, he knows what goes on in war unlike Obama so he shouldn't make that decision. In 2004 at a press conference, Obama stated that he woulnd't run for president due to lack of expirence (it's on Youtube). Plus, Obama is very indecisive and I like Palin as McCain's running mate.

  16. Actually, you probably have more knowledge than some adults have on here.

All you have to do is :

    1) Look at what each candidate stands for. Go to there site and get the info.

    2) Look at the smears, rumors, and truths of each candidate.

    3) Take everything into account as possible truths and compare the two.

    4) Choose the lesser of the evil.

My choice is McCain. Sorry Obama...you have way to much explaining to do before you get my vote.

  17. Ok heidi you see what Tom M just demonstrated for you is the Republican tactic of critizing every aspect of Obama. His policies are better than mccains. Notice how he talks about Obama being a idol, a star, a teen icon, a muslim, etc. All republicans always talk about how Obama is inexperienced and how hes not ready to lead the country, blah blah blah hes muslim, blah blah blah, his pastor is evil. I could care less if he had a scandal like Clinton. That is the Republican strategy, they point out the weaknesses of their oppenent yet dont have any good plans to fix the many problems in this nation. The presidents purpose is to make this country better.  TAKE BILL CLINTON for example was an excellent president and during the eight years hes served this country, we have only prospered. The budget was balanced, poverty was at a minimum, he made A HUGE HISTORIC alliance for Israel and Palestine. I could care less if he banged a prostitute(He had an affair with a white house worker by the way). His personal life is not what matters to me, its how he will better the nation. And thats how I can vote for obama. You choose whos policies are better. Obama wants to end the war, increase taxes to make programs for the poor and needy, make health care affordable, and go after the real threat to this nation. Notice how Tom M does not say how Republicans will fix the country but I do? Again, thats Republican tactics.

I hate the selfish policies of the Republicans who decrease taxes for the rich, which leads to more poverty. How do you think the rich prosper? they prosper off the lower class, they feed of their money. and if the lower class has no money, the upper class wont be as prosperous. Consider the HUGE amount of money being used on the war. This pointless war. All these soldiers should not be dying for Bush's stupid ideas of WMD and capturing Saddam Hussein. Where is Osama bin Laden? have we found him? who was a bigger threat to us? him or saddam?

So my answer would be Obama '08

  18. I would never vote for a man that says it is OKAY to kill a baby AFTER birth

    McCain/Palin!

  19. McCain/Palin, They will be good for our country and we will have the first Female VP.

  20. McPain and Calin? Never.

  21. OBAMA !!! Did you watch the RNC ?  All Palin and Rudy did were TALK ABOUT Obama! They didn't say anything about where they stand! Barack has my vote!

  22. Obama because I feel that he is the lesser of two evils. Not because I think he's perfect, but because as a woman I don't feel the government should decide what I do with my body. As a person who is a business owner being hit HARD by this weakened economy, I can't afford someone in office who thinks that the economy is "fundamentally sound." Someone who can't remember how many houses he owns, who is in bed with the oil companies, etc.

Again, Obama isn't perfect, but I rather give him a chance vs someone that I KNOW really doesn't care about what average everyday people are struggling with day to day.

  23. I am voting for Obama. I believe in the specific political choices he has made (abortion rights, war, ect.) and i think he will do wonders for this nation.

  24. Obama because Democrats are better for the economy.

Make sure to show this to your friends!
