  1. Yes there were shelves. You must have seen different pictures to me.

Even so, IF a member of her family had done away with her, they would have removed the toy.

Get real. Madeleine was abducted by a nutcase and all the anti McCanns of this world , have hindered the search for her by debating slanderous lies and accusations.

I hope they all feel great about that. The Child has not been found due to "Mass Debating" about her parents.

Get me a link to the pics you saw & I'll exchange one with you.

  2. Hi Chloe....yes i noticed that a while ago that there was no high shelf.  but i cant think why a kidnapper would do that even if there was one. you would think that they would take the cat with them to keep the child quiet, and even if not, then because she would have obviously been lifted quickly if she were kidnapped, then the cat would have just lain on the bad.

i haven't seen a paper recently so dont know about the neatly placed bed part.

but all in all there are a lot of discrepancies in ALL their statements, especially the ones about times they left or checked.

very sinister case. and i hope it gets solved one day and the real culprits get charged and put away.

  3. I think they are unique in being the only parents of a missing child that refused to answer police questions or cooperate with a re enactment!!!!

Even strangers do not do that!!!

All they have to do is agree to answer the questions and the case would be reopened immediately!!!

Interesting that they want to obtain full details of what the police know but won't tell what they know!!!!

  4. what r u talking about? 0.o

  5. the only thing that is known for fact is Madeleine is missing.  The media has paid a high price for reporting 'facts' which sadly many people still believe.

Read everything in the papers / web sites with a large dose of salt.

  6. given the discrepancies in all aspects of this case I really think you should spend your time worrying about something more relevant to you and your life- it would appear that the initial police investigation was carried out so badly as they had already decided that the parents had "done it" whatever "it" may be- that nothing was reported correctly- also the British tabloids didn't help...

Sadly a child is still missing- let's wait till we have concrete evidence before we point the finger

  7. what a load of tosh..........................give it a rest, this is tabloid newspaper 'proof' of guilt..........and they got sued.  if i was to believe they murdered this poor little kid i would need to see solid proof and there just is not a shred of that.

  8. There is bit information about that on this link Chloe and I have seen video coverage if the apartment with no shelves in sight. But we have come to expect this in the never ending inconsistencies of the whole sorry 'charade'...

'One of the examples that were pointed out in one of the many reports that were written by the investigators was the fact that the soft toy was on the bed where Maddie slept, a bed that was partially undone. The animals detected odours on the child’s toy, but they did not mark her death on that spot. Which led the PJ to admit that Maddie had died in another area of the house, and then the toy was taken to the bed because it was the most likely spot in case of an abduction.'
