Mcdonald's Monopoly 2007 surprise!?

Question

I rolled a ten on the dice and landed on Ventnor Avenue! I was so excited to finally win on the 2007 McDonalds Monopoly Game!

The screen went blank and revealed the green Monopoly blank background. I waited a few seconds...I waited a minute...I waited 5 minutes...

My browser status bar said "DONE"

I tried to refresh and nothing happened.

But nothing was happening. I went and checked my email to see if they had sent prize notification. Nothing!

After closing my browser and re-opening it, I went back to the game site.

Entered a new code and discovered my piece resting on B&O Railroad again. What has happened?

I played a couple more codes when I rolled 5 on the dice(4 on 1 , 1 on the other.) This should have landed me on Short Line, completing my Railroads, but the piece went 6 spaces instead.

Can someone please tell me what the heck is happening?

d**n, that sucks.  Obviously the game is rigged.  Next time, record it so you can take it to the authorities and get some sort of compensation.

YEA THE SAME THING HAS HAPPENED TO ME THREE OR FOUR TIMES!!! I LANDED ON CHANCE THE OTHER DAY AND IT WENT ONE SPACE SHORT! OM GOING TO GO TO MCDONALDS  AND ASK THEM WHATS UP(AND KNOW IM GONNA EXPECT A STUPID ANSWER) BUT IM PENSYLVANIA AVENUE SHORT OF THE $50,000 AND NOW I GUESS I KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN I DO GET IT!

i have every piece on the board except the one's that will make me a winner.. then my browser started acting up... freezing...skiping places or making my moves short. i almost broke my ***** comp when i almost got boardwalk and parkplace. ive been landing on the same dam spots about 30 time's in a row.. this game is fkn bullsht. we should all class action sue them motherfkr's. i cant believe they would pull this c**p after what happened before.

Yeah it sounds like a scam, but I'm a bit surprised they'd try to get away with it.  

I like UVs idea to record it, I think if you got evidence you could sue them for fraud.

same thing happen to me landed on park place and boardwalk.. so  happy wow 25,000 yah right screen went blank.. restared nothing..

I would definitely be down with a class action lawsuit.  I have everything on the board, but the ONE piece I need to win in each prize group...big surprise.  The game board keeps freezing and I've lost at least 5 codes.  I enter them, the computer freezes and doesn't let me roll.  Then I wait, referesh, enter the code again and it says it's used.  I seriously think Mickey D's is trying to scam us.  BTW, I just rolled doubles, and I was only able to move my piece once.  The board is currently frozen and won't let me roll again.  This is some c**p!  I say we boycott.

I would call McDonald headquarters. Just for FYI, I have landed on community chest and one two free online games. They are worth a 20 dollar value. The online board will keep freezing on me though. I have to keep refreshing my page and once I didn't get to roll the dice and it told me that the coupon was already in use but it wasn't b/c I never rolled the dice. I just had to  keep refreshing the page and I guess since I did that, it made the code locked.
