Hi, I work at mcdonalds and was told to use the computer at work to learn the s.o.c's (station observation checklists). Its been hard for me to find time at work, so i was wondering if anyone has the pamphlets that they could email me or if anyone has them on their comp that they could cut and paste. it would really help me out a lot. i appreciate any help

I think what they meant by "learn the S.O.C.s" was the videos on the crew computer. The SOC is a paper used by crew trainers to evaluate what you know, and what you might need a little more training and focus on. By watching the videos they provide, you should be able to get all the answers you would need. Of course, if you've worked in the area they are giving you the soc on then you might be able to use common sense to answer them. As far as having time to learn, that is something you'll have to discuss with the shift managers. You might possibly have to go in early, or stay later, to watch the videos. The sucky part is most stores will require you to do this off the clock.
