Mcdonald Chicken Mcnuggets 20 pieces - charge extra for sauce?

Question

I used to get 4 Honey Mustard sauce when I buy 20 pieces Mcnuggets. Now the new "policy" is you only get 3 sauces for 20 pieces, and Mcdonald will charge you the 4th sauce you ask. Is that really true for all Mcdonald store? I wonder.

that is so not fair, i know at burger king they are very nice, they'll give you all the sauce you need.

These are the same people that believe in slavery. They a no economic concept. The reality is water is not free the but they give that a way.

the great economic break though Health depts. should work for free also.

yes because people don't realize you are paying for the food and should get condiments free some people don't even ge sauce plus what if you are sharing or get honey honey is like a third of what the other sauces are if you share the the nuggets people might want more than one kind

No, I go to Santa Paula for M.D. and they don't charge more. But I normally onle use 3 anyway for the 20 piece.

Yes, @ least in my area. I guess some people take advantage, but most of the time it is neccessary. I mean its almost 6 bucks for 20 McNuggets, you could at least give us a good amount of sauce.

well i dont go to mcdonlds  i have dibetes but when i did i think sause should be free

Nope, it's not true for all. The policy at my store is to still give four free sauces with 20 nuggets, but we'll give up to 6 or 8 sauces free.

I own a restaurant and every time you say the word extra it costs you money. We are in business to make $ not give food away.

i always give 4 sauces... but i dont think we are meant to. extra sauce is 50cents in australia. You also use to get free sauce with 3 pieces of nuggets but now u hav to pay.

Here is a trick that sometimes works - order your nuggets and dont say u want 4 sauces, wen they give u three take the food away and then come bak to the same person not long after (if there is a line go to the side of it, and just cut in..) then just say, oh sorry i just need another sauce. - they will prob just give it to u.

Actually the policy is that u get  2 get 3 sauces for a 10 piece, so really u r supposed to get 6 all together.  But as far as the honey mustard goes probably this is true, because the cups r bigger.  so dats probably why u only get 3.

Hey, im a manager at a mcdonalds store in sydney, australia. Where abouts are you talking about? I know here in australia we give 4 for a 20 pack, and anyway it's 2 for a 10 pack so there's no excuse for not giving 4. Dont know if they've changed policies where you are. try and go to another store and see if it's the same, if they give you 4 somewhere else, odds are the store you're usually are going to are trying to rip you because they're trying to save money, tell them you want your 4th sauce for free if that's the case. Odds are you will be bitched about in the back area afterwards, but people spitting in burgers are a myth so you dont have to worry.
