i am cravin a large fry, coke, and double cheeseburger from mcdonlds..

what do i doo!!?

Btw, im only 13, but i danc eand i wanna keep my body fit, and healthy.

  2. You only live once.  Treat yourself once in a while.  You are only 13 so this is the time to do it plus you dance so you'll burn it right off.  You are way too young to be worrying about your weight.  Save it for when you turn 30.

  3. Get the double cheeseburger with a value fry instead of a large one.

    Then go dance it off.


  4. Allow yourself to have it once in a while.  Sometimes denying yourself a craving w/ food will be worse then letting yourself have it.  Remember though everything in moderation!

  5. I don't think that eating it once will hurt. Eating this kind of stuff all the time on a regular basis is what gets you.

    eating some mcdonalds? or keeping ur body in shape?

    u can always 'work it off' if its that important to eat it, but dont do it everyday.  

  7. walk to mcdonalds and get a burger, coke and small fry. granted mcdonalds isn't the best food ever but we all deserve a splurge now and then (but you don't need the large everything to cure the craving!). and if you walk there and back, that can help burn off some of the calories.  

  8. You are better off to treat yourself once in a while. Otherwise, you'll cheat on your regular healthy diet just because you feel deprived.  

  9. fulfilling a craving every once in a while is alright. Just don't let it get out of hand. If you are really worried, just get one of those things that you crave... I suggest a big mac, instead of the cheeseburger though- more filling so you are less likely to crave it again for a long while.

  12. Instead of getting large fries and a large coke, go for small fries and a small coke.  There's less calories and fat in a smaller portion.  Since you dance, make sure you dance long enough to burn those calories.
