Mcdonalds for breakfast?

I have been eating mcdonalds egg mcmuffin w/o the ham and a hashbrown for breakfast every day for the last 2 weeks is it healthier to eat that or just go without breakfast?

  2. I say u should eat it since breakfast is the most important meal of the day and missing it is a UH-OH!

      (personally i hate Mcdonalds) LOL

  3. you should really go find a web site that tells how much calories is in that stuff your eating. instead of going without breakfast eat some fruit or ceral. or anything else instead of mcdonalds.(because we all know how fatting mcdonalds is right?. even though it's so good.)

Breakfast is important, but eating that everyday will not help your health.  If you want to stay with McDonalds, try their fruit and yogurt thing.  It's fat-free yogurt with fruit, and comes with granola you can put on top.  It won't make a complete meal, but perhaps that could replace the hashbrowns.

  8. They say you do burn the calories you eat in the earlier hours of the day better than the ones in the evening!
